Each trim is dedicated to the use of a PAR30 lamp that provides even illumination in both general and accent lighting applications. The 5" reflector trim is the ideal trim to enhance the decor of any room. The typical general illumination spacing for a room with an 8' ceiling height would be 6' on center.
