Return Policy
ELECTRICSUPPLIESONLINE RETURN POLICY
• To return a product to ElectricSuppliesOnline.com you will need to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number through our returns department.
• No returns of any type will be accepted without an RGA number.
• Non-defective, uninstalled merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. The buyer must pay a 25% restocking fee and all return shipping expenses.
• You have 21 business days from the date the RGA number is issued to return the product(s). Once the package has been shipped, notify our returns department via email.
• All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
• Light bulbs, wires, discontinued items, and special ordered parts are NOT returnable.
• Once the item(s) have been received by our returns department, they will be inspected and credit will be issued within 3 to 5 business days.
• Item(s) returned with no RGA number will be refused. Item(s) will be stored for a period of 21 business days during which they can be shipped back to the buyer at the buyer's expense. After 21 business days, item(s) will be disposed of.
• ElectricSuppliesOnline does NOT accept exchanges - you must return an item and purchase a new one.
• Please note that the picture/image shown for an item may not be accurate. Use the part number and description to make your decision.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
• All claims for defective products must be made within 21 days of delivery.
• All claims for broken, damaged, incorrect, or short shipments will only be accepted within 3 business days of delivery.
• Defective products will be replaced/exchanged with identical/same-item products.
• Defective products will NOT be replaced for any misordered, misinstalled, or abused items.
* Misordered: Customer ordered the wrong part and called the item defective.
* Misinstalled: Customer misinstalled, hot wired, improperly installed, or misused product.
* Abused: Customer overloaded, did not follow factory installation procedures.
• There will be a $25.00 fee for any returned products that our technicians determine were misordered, misinstalled, or abused.
HOW TO REQUEST AN RGA NUMBER
• Download the RGA Request Form or Defective Item RGA Form found below.
• Email the completed form to: info@electricsuppliesonline.com
• Include your order number in the subject line of your email.
• Please allow 1-2 business days to receive a response from our returns department.
